Returns, and Privacy Policy.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online at www.liliesforthefillies.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges, subject to the time period of 30 days from the day of purchase and according to our Exchange/Return Instructions.


The item must be returned in new and unused condition and with all paperwork to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, or marks on the item. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.


All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the adjusted purchase price (purchase price minus shipping, handling charges) will be credited in the same form of payment used for the original purchase or at your option.


Exchanges & Returns


All returned merchandise must be accompanied by original documentation and packaging (noted plastic bags, etc); otherwise, the return will not be honored.

Repack the product in a way that does not cause the merchandise any damage. Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking such as United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express to the address listed on the Return Feedback Form.


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact a Customer Service Representative no later than 7 business days of receipt at 1-866-599-0410. If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact a Customer Service Representative immediately at 1-866-599-0410.


Web Store Credit


You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase as soon as possible upon our receipt of your returned product. If a promotional code was used, the refund amount will be applied as a Lilies for the Fillies store credit.


Incorrect or Damaged Items


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact a Customer Service Representative no later than 7 business days of receipt at 1-866-599-0410. Please have your invoice number available when you contact the Customer Service Representative.


If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact a Customer Service Representative immediately at 1-866-599-0410.
